Matt founded PTV and serves as its Managing Director.
He has spent his entire career in the private equity, venture capital, banking and finance industries and has served on numerous private and public company boards of directors. Matt is an Executive Committee member of The University of Texas Chancellor’s Council. He also serves on the Wake Forest University (WFU) Board of Trustees as well as the WFU Health Sciences Board of Directors.
Matt holds a BA and MBA from Wake Forest University.

Marsha is the newest member to the PTV team. As Director of Operations, she is responsible for directing investor relations, finance, accounting, and compliance functions in addition to general fund administration and oversight of day-to-day operations. Marsha graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a B.A. in Accounting. She is also a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.
Marsha’s background includes Controller/Finance functions within the Digital Marketing & Advertising industry, as well as in Fine Art Publishing & Production. She is a strong business leader and trusted advisor to owners, executives and shareholders on all financial matters.
